François has expertise in methodology, statistics and data management for clinical trials and epidemiological studies. François has been working in the healthcare industry for over 30 years and has witnessed the shift from in-house studies to outsourcing, as well as the introduction of the first eCRFs, within pharmaceutical companies. He managed biometrics departments before founding eXYSTAT in 2013 to share his passion and expertise with a wide range of stakeholders.
Julie has 20 years of expertise in data management, eCRFs and clinical trial databases. Julie began her career at the French subsidiary of a major pharmaceutical company. She went on to lead the data management department at a biotech company. She founded eXYSTAT in 2013 to promote an innovative and expert image of data management.
After completing a BTS in accounting and pursuing a career in administration and finance, followed by a long period of parental leave, Catherine agreed to take charge of all administrative and financial activities in January 2017. The company's growth requires her to become increasingly involved.
After graduating with a postgraduate degree in Business Statistics from Rennes in 2001, Laure initially worked in the marketing departments of major telecommunications groups. In 2012, she joined a data marketing consultancy agency, where she was responsible for the administrative, financial and commercial management of data projects. She joined eXYSTAT in early 2025 to support its development and assist the management team.
Data Manager at eXYSTAT since 2017, Emilie is also Quality Manager at the company. Emilie began her career in 2001 in the public sector at the CIRC (International Agency for Research on Cancer) and then at LYSARC (LYmphoma Academic Research Organisation), where she was appointed Deputy Director of Data Management. After a short assignment at AB Science, she joined eXYSTAT where, as in her previous roles, she validated the implementation of the eCRF solution.
Data Manager at eXYSTAT since 2017, Julie (the Catalan member of the team) has been working as a Data Manager since 2001. With a DUT (university technical diploma) in Statistics and Computer Data Processing, she first joined two CROs (Aster and then Fovea) where she was in charge of phase I to III studies. After a short assignment at Servier, she then worked for more than seven years for AB Science, a biotechnology company, on registration studies, particularly in veterinary medicine and oncology.
At eXYSTAT since 2018, she oversees the outsourcing of statistical projects and the standardisation of analysis programmes. A biostatistician for 10 years and a graduate of ENSAI, she began her career at Umanis working on phase II/III studies before joining the Clinical Research Unit at Pompidou Hospital to respond to institutional calls for tenders and co-author scientific articles. She then worked at AB Science, followed by a secondment to Sanofi on phase I studies in oncology.
Data Manager at eXYSTAT since December 2018, Marion is responsible for coordinating data management activities within the company. Marion began her career in 2007 with three different CROs (Parexel International, Euraxi Pharma and ITEC Services). In her previous positions, she managed studies from phase I to post-marketing authorisation, particularly in oncology/myeloma, and gained experience in ATU/RTU management through the management of more than a dozen projects.
Constant joined eXYSTAT in January 2019. He studied applied mathematics engineering at INSA Rennes, with a view to pursuing a career in statistics, particularly biostatistics. He completed his final-year internship in the field of gut microbiota at Biofortis in Nantes.
Franck joined eXYSTAT in 2020 after 10 years of experience in data management and project management, acquired notably at MedPass, Sanofi and Ipsen. He contributes to the development of electronic data collection tools, monitors the use of AI and, since 2022, has been overseeing data protection compliance as DPO.
After studying applied mathematics at INSA Rennes, Adeline worked in the Methodology, Biostatistics and Data Management Unit at Lille University Hospital for over four years. In this role, she contributed to numerous scientific publications in cardiology, paediatrics and obstetrics. She brings her experience in statistics, particularly in propensity scores, to the eXYSTAT team.
After obtaining a state-recognised degree in Pharmacy and completing a thesis in Epidemiology/Biostatistics on the development of models for the progression of Alzheimer's disease (MEMENTO cohort), Jérémie Lespinasse joined eXYSTAT as a Methodologist/Statistician. He will have the ambitious task of developing consulting and expertise on new study designs and proposing innovative methodologies to eXYSTAT's partners.
Carine Grondin joins the eXYSTAT team with her expertise in data management. She has worked for over 16 years at two different French CROs, as well as at INSERM, both as a statistician and data manager. Carine has also coordinated a data management team.
Monique Termote joins the Data Management team, bringing with her a wealth of experience. Monique worked for 11 years at INSERM before taking up the position of Clinical Data Science Lead at ICON. Her fluency in multiple languages is also a valuable asset for eXYSTAT's international development.
Michael has 12 years of experience in project management and data management, primarily in oncology. He previously worked at a comprehensive cancer centre and a university hospital, and recently led a team of young data managers at a contract research organisation.
Mickael joined the team of statisticians to share his expertise in CDISC and SAS programming. After completing a university degree in Statistics and training in computer science, he worked as a biostatistician for over 20 years in various CROs, mainly in pre-clinical studies and vaccine development.
Adelaïde began her career in 2012 as a biostatistician in CROs, then at INSERM on HIV-related projects. Her expertise in SAS programming led her to join the ANRS CO3 AquiVIH Nouvelle Aquitaine cohort at Bordeaux University Hospital as Data Manager in 2017. She is now joining eXYSTAT to strengthen the Data Management team.
